CloZee Lights Up St. Petersburg During Epic Four-Night Florida Run – [Read]

For the second stop on a weekend-long run across the Sunshine State, French DJ and producer CloZee brought her Neon Jungle Tour to the vibrant city of St. Petersburg.

From Toronto, to New York, to St. Pete, CloZee has been making her way around the continent bringing her ‘Neon Jungle’ album to life with support from some of the most sought-after acts in the bass music scene. The idea behind the album, which has been effectively expressed on her tour, is to combine organic and electronic elements and to create a safe, freeing space for her fans.

St. Pete was lucky enough to host Tripp St. and Of The Trees in addition to local support by Florida’s own, illoh. CloZee also made stops in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale, granting fans from every corner of the state an opportunity to experience the Neon Jungle.

Combining a historic feel with modern amenities, Jannus Live is situated in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. Surrounded by the city’s animated nightlife scene, the open-air venue was wildly instrumental in delivering CloZee’s fresh sound and hypnotic visuals. Not to mention, CloZee’s jungle-themed stage set up really expressed the essence of her album.

The Neon Jungle Tour marks the very first time fans have the opportunity to hear CloZee’s sophomore album played out live. Of course, the artist also blessed the crowd with classics like her remix of “Majesty” by Apashe and “Harmony”, which is still a fan-favorite four years later.

CloZee’s tour will come to a close December 11th with its final stop in Seattle. From there, she’ll be gearing up for GRiZ’s Space Camp and finally she’ll be closing out the year in Louisville for Zero Gravity Fest. For tickets and more information on upcoming events, please visit CloZee’s website

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!

What's your reaction?
