The BPM Festival Completes 2022 Costa Rica Lineup with Exciting New Acts – [Read]

Earlier this week, The BPM Festival announced the final additions for their upcoming 15-year celebration in Costa Rica. More than 80 artists joined the already immense event.

The picturesque, beachside town of Tamarindo will host the week-long celebration starting on January 12th, 2022. Given the breadth of the updated lineup, both industry leaders and new faces will grace the stages.

New additions include Art Department for a special reunion set, Diplo, DJ Tennis, AMÉMÉ, Marco Faraone, Pablo Ceballos, Stefano Noferini, a live set from WhoMadeWho, and many more. The new additions will be joining the likes of Jaime Jones, Nicole Moudaber, Loco Dice, Paco Osuna, and more.

In addition to the diverse performing talent, The BPM Festival also boasts great production. The fest will take place on four custom-built stages, crafted by Konyo Factory Productions.

These forward-thinking grandstands are outfitted with locally-sourced materials and designs. In similar fashion, the festival plans to implement a cashless and contactless payment system — allowing for smoother transactions.

Given the event’s tropical location, extended stay packages and excursions are available to festival-goers who don’t want to go home yet. Tamarindo is known for its lively ecotourism, and attendees are encouraged to take it all in.

Past editions of The BPM Festival occurred at similarly stunning locations including: Mexico, Portugal and Tel Aviv. Other satellite events included shows in Bali, Dubai and Ibiza.

Per Costa Rican travel policy, international travelers are required to complete an online health pass with proof of vaccination. As for those who will not be attending, Beatport Live will stream daily audiovisual sets online.
