New York Adds Nebula Nightclub to Unrivaled Club Scene – [READ]
The club launched its opening in October, and features heavy hitters such as Purple Disco Machine, Camelphat, Malaa, and GORDO.
Nebula is poised to become one of Manhattan’s best nightlife venues- the three day opening of the club will have lines down the NYC blocks and will be bringing in some of the largest party people from around the area.
The three-tiered 11,000 square foot space and 5500 square foot main dance floor is massively perfect to host some of the biggest acts in the electronic music scene. Nebula’s name and design is inspired by space and hopes to transport those that enter into an otherworldly environment.
The club also features an unbelievably impressive moving ceiling with six video panels. The panels move and tilt individually and allows party-goers to dance in space, surrounded by lights from all angles. It also allows the club space to transform from a low-ceilinged dance club to a larger space, each night curated to fit the acts playing.
Already starting off strong, the club has booked GORDO (house-alias of DJ Carnage), Purple Disco Machine, Malaa, and Camelphat to play their opening dates. Nebula hopes to host world class and internationally acclaimed DJs spanning all genres from underground techno to EDM superstars. It will be the first club of its kind in Manhattan.
Nebula comes from NYC nightlife legend Richie Romero, a former partner of the Butter Group and Yang Gao, co-founder of the MIXX Lifestyle Group. Romero has helped start clubs such as 1OAK & Up&Down, two staples in Manhattan nightlife, and Nebula is sure to be another. Musical programming is curated by Rob Toma, a TCE Presents founder.
Nebula’s opening is a reminder of the resilience of nightlife within NYC after the pandemic. Get in there early before the lines are around the block!
