Elon Musk Throws Epic Rave in Germany Featuring Boris Brejcha – [READ]
Take a look back at Elon’s 9,000 person rave at his new Gigafactory in Berlin.
The most bizarre, rambling-man-genius of our time, e-car founding father Elon Musk, recently threw a massive 9,000 person launch party to celebrate the debut of Tesla’s new Gigafactory in Berlin, Germany. The rave was replete with multiple stages, stunning light displays, dubstup, middle-aged wooks, Boris Brejcha, and Musk himself. Those lucky enough to attend the event captured some of its magic, and random feats of engineering (i.e. the Ferris wheel casually positioned adjacent to the factory as well as cool, monolithic screen and monitor structures) on Twitter.
At one point during the night, Elon took to the state to answer questions about the factory, discuss Tesla-related news, and give updates regarding the new GigaBier alcoholic beverage, which is to be sold on-site and exclusively at this novel Berlin factory. Musk even showcased his German skills and addressed the crowd in their native language, discussing software and technology adaptations.
“Tesla’s mission is the acceleration of the transition to sustainable energy,” mused Musk. “We need to scale dramatically [our production of] electric vehicles. What this factory is all about is creating high value affordable electric cars… and hopefully also battery packs and solar.” Although Musk is best known for his electric cars, for those that follow his career and ingenuity, he’s always got something deeper and more bizarre brewing.
Musk continued his speech with, “Generally, the overarching goal is to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy… We’re aiming to start production in a few months, basically, November or December, and hopefully deliver our first cars in December.”
“But starting production is kind of the easy part. The hard part is reaching volume production,” concluded Musk, while thousands of fans, employees, and music lovers cheered, just happy to be there.
