Fast-rising artist, Partywithray, has released his new EP, “#partystarters”, which blends funky basslines with club-banging beats. Following the infectious opening track is “Goodbadboy”, a plucky, uplifting groover that also has Partywithray’s signature deep vocals. The next two tracks, “1 Bump” and “Smile Like Aaliyah” continue with the funky flow to round out the project. The EP is fun, lively, and destined to be played at rooftops and pools around the nation.

“Lil Mama’ was one of the first records I wrote as partywithray (along with ‘Came for the Low’). I was so inspired by the vocal processing – it was really a catalyst for the vibe of the project. When I showed the track to ZHU and he added his vocal I was blown away by how cool the two vocal parts sounded together. This is one of my favorite tracks to play live!” – partywithray

Having one of the most Instagrammable names in the scene, Los Angeles artist Partywithray has grown a following since the release of his debut track, “Come for the Low” in 2019. Having ZHU as a co-producer on his first song was a major indicator to people that Partywithray was an artist to keep a keen eye on.
