Champagne Drip Lands On Wakaan With Wonky Champagne Trip EP – [Read]

Today, Los-Angeles native dubstep producer, Champagne Drip, unleashed his latest EP via widely-renowned bass label Wakaan.

The cleverly-titled Champagne Trip EP is a five-track thriller, which showcases the insane sounds the artist has been steadfastly crafting.

Champagne Trip is an exciting addition to Champagne Drip’s extensive discography. The EP brings out the producer’s unique warbled bass, and contrasts it with cascading vocals and melodies.

The new EP serves as a great introduction for bassheads and avid electronic music fans not yet familiar with his style. From deep dubstep and speaker-rattlers, to sing-along anthems — this new release brings the heat.

As for standout tracks, we recommend “In My Dreamz,” which features talented vocalist Linney.  The three-and-a-half tune is a somber electronic ballad, complemented by delicate vocals and deep bass.

As one of the most prominent space bass producers today, Champagne Drip boasts multiple releases with the famous Wakaan label. Champagne Trip follows suit, marking the artist’s eleventh release via the imprint.

In addition to the impressive string of releases, Champagne Drip will also embark on a nationwide tour next week on August 13th. It’s set to last five months, ending on December 18th in Fargo, ND.

The “Champagne Trip” tour will hit multiple major cities and prestigious festivals. A few notable stops include shows at: Bass Canyon, Electric Zoo and Imagine Music Festival.

While every tour date has not been unveiled as of now, it’s safe to assume that most bassheads will get their chance to experience the highly-anticipated live show. Additionally, most stops will feature star-studded support from Wakaan — don’t miss out!
