Chris Lake Sets Fire To The Brooklyn Mirage In Two Night Run – [Read]
The tech house king dominated the massive Brooklyn venue in an epic sold out weekend

Stacking a huge roster of talent for his two-night run, Chris Lake recruited Cloonee, Kevin Saunderson, Egyptian Lover, Honeyluv and more to kick off Friday and Saturday evenings. Demonstrating the finest house music, each opener delivered a unique performance that stirred anticipation for Lake’s performance. Rising UK producer Cloonee offered a stellar tech house set on Friday, rinsing some of his fan-favorites like “Sun Goes Down” and “Mi Amor”. Kevin Saunderson effortessly commanded the crowd and set the tone for the rest of the night.
Chris Lake packed the house and even had a few fellow NYC-based producers in attendance including Fisher, Tommie Sunshine, and Westend. Known for his lively performances, Chris Lake was prepared to give The Brooklyn Mirage an unforgettable experience following the long hiatus due to the pandemic.
Rinsing some of his classics, Lake mixed “Operator (Ring Ring)” smoothly into his collab with Walker & Royce, “Dance With Me”, setting the crowd into a frenzy. Another notable moment of the performance was when Lake dropped the latest weapon in his arsenal, “Beat Freak” ft. lau.ra. With top-notch production boasted by The Brooklyn Mirage, Chris Lake’s atomosphere felt like the perfect combination between a mainstage festival show and an underground club. Lake kept attendees grooving well into the early morning hours.
