RÜFÜS DU SOL is back with a new single and new tour announcement

The Grammy-nominated group RÜFÜS DU SOL released “Alive” on July 13th. The brooding tune features the group’s haunting lyricism combined with an energetic broken beat production. 

“Alive” is the first new music that RÜFÜS DU SOL has released since the album ‘SOLACE’ in 2018. In 2020, the group also recorded a live set at Joshua Tree National Park. After a 3 year hiatus, there is much excitement around “Alive” and the return of RÜFÜS DU SOL to the stage. 

“Alive” is the initial taste of what the band’s reemergence sounds like; a retention of the darkness they have consistently explored, notably on ‘SOLACE,’ paired with a glistening energy aimed to uplift and uphold their dedication to wowing larger than life dance floors.

Hailing from Australia and currently based in Los Angeles, RÜFÜS DU SOL has become one of the world’s most popular live-electronic acts. The dreamy aesthetic of their live act has swept audiences off their feet everywhere, and their return to music has been long awaited. The group also released their North American tour dates, touching down in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Houston, and Dallas, this November. 

ALL RÜFÜS DU SOL TOUR DATES

Following the announcement of the tour dates, the group has sold out iconic venues from London’s Alexandra Palace to New York’s Brooklyn Mirage and Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater. They are also set to headline major festivals such as Governor’s Ball, Coachella, and Austin City Limits.
