Kaivon Celebrates A Full Year of Sobriety And Opens Up In Candid Post- [Read]

Earlier this week, LA-based Kaivon celebrated a year of sobriety. He delivered news of the great milestone in a reflective Instagram post.

The introspective message spread by the producer recounts how he has taken challenges head-on, which reinvigorated his hope in life. While Kaivon admits that life is not easy, he also says that he’s still on his journey in finding the “light.”

The artist’s full message read: “1 year sober today. I’m not gonna come on here and lie and say I’ve found myself and life is easy now cuz that’s just not true. Life can be fucking hard and feel cruel no matter the circumstance.

It’s actually harder to face life sometimes without the mental escape, but at least there’s not as many super crazy lows when you’re hungover and feel alone and life feels pointless. Sometimes, life can feel hopeless but I’m somewhat at peace knowing my hope in life is stronger…

…I believe there’s a light at the end of all this and that there’s a light within all of us that we can access right now. I’m still on the journey trying to access that light and I think a lot of us are.

I’m honored to be on this journey with you and I’m so extremely grateful for each and every one of you. I believe in you and love you so much. More than you’ll ever know.”

We’re thankful that the talented artist is doing better than he was a year ago, and has found a new meaning in life. This news fills us with a heartwarming feeling, similar to that provided by his uplifting discography.

We cannot wait to see Kaivon hit the stages once more at EDC Las Vegas, Freaky Deaky, and his headlining show at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA.
