Eli & Fur’s Debut Album ‘Found In The Wild’ Demonstrates Flawless Versatility – [Listen]

TALENTED DUO ELI & FUR HAVE FINALLY UNVEILED THEIR DUAL-PART DEBUT ALBUM ON ANJUNADEEP 

Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman, professionally known as Eli & Fur, have finally delivered their long-awaited debut album, ‘Found In The Wild’. The singer/songwriter and producer duo have honed their unparalleled signature sound for quite some time, earning global recognition and placing them at the forefront of dance music.

The album is a dual-part concept that reflects the distinct qualities of Eli & Fur. The first half, ‘Found’, showcases their song-based productions and strength as songwriters as the second half of the album, ‘In The Wild’ demonstrates the darker, club-ready side of the duo.  Notable tracks from the ‘Found’ part of the album include lead single ‘Wild Skies’ and the alluring ‘Found version’ of Camelphat collab ‘Waiting’. The first portion of the album is deeply personal and each track tells its own story. The British duo has been honing their songwriting skills since they were 18.

On the flip side, ‘In The Wild’ reveals the emotive side of Eli & Fur that is geared towards the dancefloor. The euphoric club cuts provide a contrast in the album as it explores every angle of the girls’ sound. Standout tracks include previously released singles “Come Back Around” and “Walk The Line” as well as “Broken Parts”. Eli & Fur also revealed the music video counterpart for “Broken Parts” on the album release day. Watch below.

Overall, the debut full-length offering from Eli & Fur only further solidifies their place within the dance music space. With an undeniable set of skills and sound unlike any other, the duo continues to break genre boundaries and carve their own path. 

The pair commented on the album, “Eli & Fur has been a musical journey that has always been open and unlimited. The inspiration behind the album is the journey of finding that sound that we really feel defines us. We have drawn from that journey to get to where we are both musically and emotionally to put together a collection of tracks that really showcase the two sides of Eli & Fur. Not only does our music have two sides, but so do we. We want to bring the listener into those worlds, feelings they also feel. Not just on the dance floor but in their heads and in total solitude. “We wanted to show both sides of us. We are quite varied in the way that we write music and so it made sense to have two parts living side by side. Everything we really love is on the album and we’re super proud of how it’s come together.”
