SEVEN LIONS, BLANKE, AND TRIVECTA UNLEASH DEBUT COLLAB “WILD AND BROKEN” FEAT. RBBTS – [LISTEN]
“Wild And Broken” kicks off an exciting moment in Seven Lions, Blanke and Trivecta’s musical journeys. The four-minute tune marks the first time all three artists work on a track.
The ethereal composition combines the best elements of each producer, creating a complex wall of sound that melodic bass fans will enjoy. Seven Lions‘ and Trivecta‘s soaring synths complement Blanke‘s signature bass, taking listeners on an auditory roller coaster.
The stunning addition to Ophelia Records’ discography serves as a spiritual successor to Seven Lions and Trivecta’s first collaboration — “Island.” The widely-acclaimed tune amassed more than 15 million streams on Spotify, and earned a Top 20 spot on Billboard’s US Dance chart.
Blanke also boasts multiple releases on Ophelia, including landmark collaborations with Jason Ross and Dia Frampton on “One More Day” and “Spark”, respectively. His success can be attributed to the top-notch production quality and grittiness of his bass-driven tracks.
“Wild And Broken” is a testament to the genre-bending nature of Seven Lions’ music. The track seamlessly blends melodic dubstep, folk elements and midtempo. Since his Beatport-topping remix of Above & Beyond’s “You Got to Go,” the artist has released on electronic music’s most prestigious labels including Anjunabeats and OWSLA.
In addition to these accolades, Seven Lions founded Ophelia Records in 2018. A year into its existence it was voted as the Best Label of r/edm, and currently boasts several #1 Dance albums on iTunes.
This star-studded collaboration will be on repeat all summer, and we hope it’s the first of many. If past achievements are any indication, we can expect the label boss to host more festival stage takeovers as live shows return.
