Last summer’s mystery buyer of an impressive $10.8 million Mulholland Estates mansion has been revealed to be none other than masked DJ, Marshmello.

Chris Comstock, known to the world by his DJ alias Marshmello, has upgraded from his $3.6 million home in LA area’s Laurel Canyon. The squishy, sweet headed DJ has moved to the famed Mulholland Estates, that sit perched in the mountains above Sherman Oaks, California. Mulholland Estates are also home to A-listers like Christina Aguilera, Kendall Jenner, and Paris Hilton.

Marshmello earned a staggering $56 million during 2019 alone – so it’s no surprise that he would upgrade to a more lavish estate with all the bells and whistles. The Mulholland Estates home lies in a 24/7 guarded, gated, and surveilled community that puts the luxury in luxurious.

With Marshmello having branched out into various industries over the last few years, his business dealings have proved lucrative and thus earning him rapid fame and fortune. He has crafted his own Halloween costumes (best selling costume at Spirit Halloween in 2019), created a YouTube Kids series about a singing robot, and even performed a virtual concert inside the wildly popular battle royale video game Fortnite. Comstock and his manager Moe Shalizi have built a multifaceted empire upon the Marshmello brand, proving worthy of the impressive Mulholland mansion.

The 7,818 sq. ft, 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom mansion was built in 1992 by famed celebrity architect Richard Landry.
