REZZ AND DEADMAU5 RELEASE COLLAB TRACK “HYPNOCURRENCY” WITH NFT DROP – [LISTEN]
Two of the leading electronic producers, REZZ and deadmau5, have finally dropped their highly anticipated collaborative single, ‘Hypnocurrency’.
It’s no shock that two of the best in the game would eventually release a collaborative project together. The two started teasing the track via Twitter in early March – and now that it’s out, it’s undoubtedly one of the most fire collabs of the year so far.
REZZ‘s dark, commanding, elite bass-heavy sound, paired with deadmau5‘s haunting, polished, god-tier production makes for an instant favorite. The track has a uniquely hypnotic, shadowy sound that will make you feel like you’re in a hyper-futuristic movie in a spaceship or something.
The track exemplifies a true blend of each artist’s unique style and does so in a manner that is executed perfectly. The track is sure to become one of the best bass tracks of the year – and will be a staple to see live when shows return (although REZZ is performing in Porter Robinson‘s Secret Sky virtual festival this Saturday, April 24!)
Each artist took to Twitter to hype the track up along with the concurrent NFT drop since early March. REZZ even tweeted after the track dropped giving credit to deadmau5 for her decision to dedicate her life to making her music that we know and love so much.

Along with the incredible single dropped, REZZ and deadmau5 also curated an NFT drop with the single. The NFT portion is up for purchase through Hypnocurrency by mau5trap, on MakersPlace Drops. The NFT‘s are four custom pieces, one of one, and three open editions, each curated by deadmau5 himself and features a cut of ‘Hypnocurrency’ music.
