GRIZ AND ELOHIM COME TOGETHER TO RELEASE FUNKY NEW HOUSE SINGLE “BRING ME BACK” – [LISTEN]

GRIZ AND ELOHIM RELEASED THEIR FIRST COLLAB TOGETHER, A HOT NEW SINGLE THAT SHOWS WHAT TYPE OF MUSICAL MAGIC CAN COME OUT OF FRIENDSHIP IN THE EDM COMMUNITY.

The groovy new single, ‘Bring Me Back’ combines Griz’s signature jazzy style and Elohim’s unforgettable vocals, tied together with a trance-like house beat. The song begins with a light keyboard intro by Griz for 15 seconds and then Elohim’s voice glides over the soundscape, creating an overall groovy energy that flows throughout the song.

The multi-talented artists lasting relationship inspired the idea for them to collaborate on a song together. This past December, Elohim took the virtual stage for Griz’s Grizmas Digital Charity Festival, demonstrating her talent and creative flair. Along with this, both artists show a love for giving back to the community. Elohim’s personal experiences with mental health led to her involvement with the JED Foundation, an emotional health and suicide prevention nonprofit to which she donated the proceeds from her Braindead EP to mental health initiatives for Mental Health Awareness month. During Griz’s 12 Days Of Grizmas, he raised over $200,000 for Detroit public school students and is a rare voice for the LGBTQ Community within electronic music. Their creative missions shine through in this uplifting piece.

By teaming up, the two created an electrifying track that’s described by Griz as “super wavy.” This release is also his first time diving into the house genre, exciting his fans. Elohim’s fans may have also noticed that Elohim tweeted out some of the lyrics before the song was released.
