Side A of the single, “When We Were Young”, commands attention with deep, thumping house bass lines. The chorus rings out the track’s namesake, over silky melodies that will surely make your head bob with anticipation.

Side B of the single, “Gimme Some Keys”, is the yin to Side A’s yang, with a more upbeat, beach club feel, harkening to Matroda’s Croatian roots. Paired with a deep, baritone voice, and a beat that has the strength to become an instant favorite, Matroda is wasting no time this year.
