TRANCE DUO GARDENSTATE RELEASE NEW SINGLE “BY YOUR SIDE” ON ANJUNABEATS – [LISTEN]

Gardenstate make their highly-anticipated return to Above & Beyond’s esteemed Anjunabeats imprint with energetically propelling new sonic offering “By Your Side”.

Marcus Schössow and Matthew Felner, known collectively as gardenstate, return with “By Your Side”, a new, driving single that is truly quintessential trance at its absolute finest. Their latest tune directly follows their mid-November released remix of Above & Beyond and Zoë Jonhston’s hit 2004 single “No One On Earth”. Out now via Anjunabeats, “By Your Side” is available to stream across all platforms.

The atmospheric track starts off with a consistently pulsating beat, paired perfectly alongside the textured vocal cut. The entrancing rhythm continues throughout the track’s nearly four-minute runtime, providing it with just enough high-octane energy to balance out the hushed, soothing singing.

After meeting one another in 2008, Schössow and Felner immediately hit it off. Over the last year or so they’ve become an Anjunabeats mainstay, serving as a recent staple for the renowned label. Their debut contribution to it, “Surreal”, placed them on the map in the trance landscape, and would go on to receive support from the likes of Tiësto, Gabriel & Dresden, Kryder, and many more.

Released last July as part of ‘Anjunabeats Volume 15’, fans and listeners have been able to catch the single here-and-there, including in the pair’s ‘Inspirations Radio’ livestreams. Their rework of “No One On Earth” was also extremely successful, and was played out by Above & Beyond in their ABGT400 set.
