RIOT TEN AND CHRMNDRS LINK UP FOR COMMANDING NEW TRACK “POPPIN” – [LISTEN]

Dim Mak mainstay Riot Ten enlists CHRMNDRS and female rapper Krystal Poppin for chaotic new festival banger “Poppin”

After an epic year in the books in 2020, Riot Ten returns to the release radar with massive new tune “Poppin” with CHRMNDRS and Krystal Poppin on Dim Mak. This heavy-hitter is destined for the grimy festival stages that we all continue to yearn for.

It is the first single from Riot Ten’s highly-anticipated sophomore album, set for release later this year on Dim Mak. The release follows his widely-received “Hype or Die: Emergence” EP and house-forward “BLKMRKT Vol. 1” EP. Riot Ten has remained incredibly productive throughout the past year, with a lot of new music to look forward to in 2021.

The dubstep-forward track immediately takes hold of the listener’s attention from the start. With chaotic and earth-shattering basslines, Riot Ten reminds fans why he’s become such an iconic talent in the bass and dubstep realm. Adding another edge to the track with female vocal talent Krystal Poppin and producer CHRMNDRS, this epic track smoothly combines the three artists’ style.

Riot Ten says, “I’d been wanting to make a new obnoxiously hype record for when festivals return, and as you don’t see many female rappers on dubstep songs, I reached out to my long time friend, Krystall Poppin, to bring the vocal heat. Teaming up with CHRMNDRS, one of my favorite up and coming producers right now, was the cherry on top. I’ve been playing this one out in my live streams and mixes for a while and the response has been huge. Beyond excited for this to finally drop!”

Riot Ten is globally recognized with releases on tastemaker labels such as Dim Mak, Never Say Die, Insomniac, Bassrush, and more. With a recognizable sound and flair for festival bangers, Riot Ten has been dominating the bass music scene for the past five years.

Best known for his tracks “Rail Breaker” and “Fuck It”, Riot Ten adds another iconic addition to his rolodex, as he stirs anticipation for his forthcoming sophomore album.
