REESE WITHERSPOON’S SON IS AN UP AND COMING PRODUCER ON KYGO’S LABEL – [READ]

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe’s firstborn child, Deacon Phillippe, is a rising electronic dance music artist on Kygo’s music label.

Most of you know Deacon Phillippe as the son of two brilliantly distinguished actor and actress, Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon. As of recently, it seems as if the seventeen-year-old son of these two prodigies is also pursuing a career in the arts of entertainment.

It may not be Hollywood, but Deacon’s efforts in making a breakthrough in the music industry are clearly succeeding ever since he dove into the scene this past summer.

The 17-year old producer jump-started his career at a young age and as he quickly showed interest in the electronic dance music scene, he caught the attention of one of the most renowned producers in the game, Kygo.

It didn’t take long for Deacon to get signed on Kygo‘s music label, Palm Tree Records, which also worked in conjunction with RCA Records to release some of Deacon’s latest creative work. His debut track, “Long Run”, was released this past summer and gained massive recognition as it was one of the most energizing electronic love songs of the season. As the song circulated the media, accumulating millions of plays, Deacon was more than inspired to produce more songs.

Deacon returned to the release radar not long after and released his second single, “Love For The Summer”, in October 2020. The song was written by Kelsea Ballerini and featured Tik Tok star and vocalist, Loren Gray. Although this song has a similar style as “Long Run,” it actually features a country twist, which demonstrates Deacon’s love for both country and dance music, combining the vibe of two of his favorite places, Nashville and Los Angeles.

Although Deacon’s main style of music is electronic dance music, he has made it known that he listens to various types of music such as hip-hop, rock, soul, country, etc. The young producer plans on utilizing the different elements of these various genres to blend into his production style, therefore creating the most authentic brand for Deacon himself.
