GRYFFIN AND TWO FEET TEAM UP ON NEW SIZZLING SINGLE “I WANT LOVE” – [LISTEN]

Today, future bass icon Gryffin and Harlem alternative rocker Two Feet combine their musical talents for their first-ever collaboration, “I Want Love.”

The cheery 3-minute collab incorporates Two Feet’s distinct vocals and hazy guitar notes with Gryffin’s epic white noise risers and drum hits. Two Feet is often regarded for his indie and alternative rock tunes, but his vocals fit nicely within Gryffin’s auditory landscape. “I Want Love” opens off with a somber essence but quickly shifts the mood into that of a joyous love song. The timing of the release is impeccable, given that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner.

The Californian house artist had a very active 2020 release schedule, despite the circumstances. Among the multiple collaborations, remixes, and compilations, Gryffin released last year, one of the most notable was the deluxe version of his ‘Gravity’ album.

With a run-time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, ‘Gravity (Deluxe)’ features 20 additional minutes of deep cuts and other hidden gems that were not included in the original release. The definite highlight of this compilation is “Cry,” which features the famed vocals of long-time Swedish House Mafia collaborator John Martin.

In addition to his many studio contributions, Gryffin also blessed viewers worldwide with a couple of virtual appearances. The first stream he partook in was Proximity x Brownies & Lemonade’s “Digital Mirage” festival. While the second appearance took place well before the pandemic. In 2019 Gryffin recorded the entirety of his “GRAVITY LIVE” performance from the Shrine in LA. The hour-long concert experience was released in May of last year, helping many quarantining fans cope with the lack of shows. The short film is available to stream for free on YouTube.

Kicking off 2021 on a high note, Gryffin’s first release of the year promises a bright future ahead for the coveted producer.
