GORGON CITY DROP NEW HOUSE HEATER “YOU’VE DONE ENOUGH” ALONGSIDE DRAMA – [LISTEN]

Gorgon City join forces with Chicago-based electro-pop duo DRAMA to release new house masterpiece, “You’ve Done Enough”.

Renowned house music stalwarts Gorgon City return to the release radar with “You’ve Done Enough”, a driving new cut featuring R&B-infused electro-pop duo Chicago-based DRAMA. Their new single together follows their last collaborative effort, last April’s “Nobody”. Out now on Astralwerks, “You’ve Done Enough” is available to listen to across all streaming platforms.

The new 2-track offering features the original mix of the track, in addition to a groovy Terrace Dub rework. The former immediately kicks off with a hushed vocal from the vocalist of DRAMA, Via Rosa. Throughout, her commanding sonic execution propels the listener throughout the three-and-a-half-minute runtime with ease.

The propulsively energetic tune’s high-octane production elements make it a certified rinser, working flawlessly in conjunction with Rosa’s vocal delivery. The Terrace Dub serves as a more mellow version of the track, opting for a slower beat and melody that take their time to really settle with the listener.

U.K. & Chicago-based house music duo Gorgon City have had quite a year, with their recent NYE live-streamed performance at Printworks London marking a recent pivotal point. Over time, their forward-thinking, progressive sound has seen them garner over 1.5 billion global streams to date. “You’ve Done Enough” directly follows their 4-track ‘REALM’ EP from last December.

DRAMA, consisting of producer Na’el Shehade and vocalist Via Rosa, are a Chicago-based duo that have seen major success over the last few years via several EPs and a debut album, ‘Dance Without Me’. Their collaboration with Gorgon City follows up their tune “I Feel High”, released alongside Poolside.
