Deadmau5 has made his glorious, long-anticipated return to the release radar with “Bridged by a Lightwave”, a new hard-hitting single featuring the vocal talent of famed Canadian global superstar Kiesza. The new tune from the mau5 follows May’s immensely successful “Pomegranate”, which has gone on to impressively garner over 9.8 million combined hits across YouTube, SoundCloud, and Spotify since its release. The highly-regarded DJ/producer’s newest sonic offering is out now on mau5trap, and is available to listen to across all streaming platforms.

Harkening back to classic deadmau5, “Bridged By A Lightwave” takes a stylistic pivot from the revered talent’s more recent releases, instead opting for a more familiar sound that longtime listeners will be able to sonically pinpoint immediately. Kiesza’s emotive, rich singing is flawlessly paired with the track’s propelling beat, consistently heavy synths, and atmospherically brooding soundscapes.
