AKEOS RETURNS TO BASSRUSH RECORDS WITH BANGER “SQUIGGLE THE LINES” – [LISTEN]

Akeos has followed up their speaker-thumping Bassrush Records arrival with “Squiggle The Lines” — a chaotic tune worthy of starting mosh pits and destroying rails.

The three-minute track begins with a back-and-forth flurry of sound with a foreboding vocal chop. What comes next is a drop that places the listener in the crossfire of a machine-gun bass onslaught.

Akeos previously showcased the former ID on multiple mixes, teasing fans with early versions of the song. The artist and fans shared a similar sentiment, with the former calling it one of their “fave tunes” ever produced.

The Pennsylvania-based producer is already a household name among quarter note connoisseurs and DJs alike. They share collaborations with Subtronics and Syzy, along with an unreleased song with SVDDEN DEATH.

The young prodigy’s rapid rise began in mid-2019, with their landmark “Labyrinth EP” debut on Never Say Die’s “Black Label” imprint.

With every new release, Akeos pushes the boundaries of dubstep and leaves other producers in the dust.

Akeos is an anomaly, a force to be reckoned with, and one of the pioneers of the new wave of riddim.
