LUTTRELL OFFERS MELODIC MASTERPIECE “TWIN SOULS” ON ANJUNADEEP – [LISTEN]

Luttrell’s newest offering to Anjunadeep, “Twin Souls” is a vibrant deep house melody that elevates and inspires. The tune follows the release of his second studio album Lucky Ones, which impressively reached #1 on iTunes Dance.

The San Francisco based producer weaves together carefully crafted synths with an echoing vocal sample throughout “Twin Souls”. The track is carried first by a deep bassline and then by a trance-inducing rhythm. With a flawless sound design, Luttrell has created an epic club cut that will certainly make its way to the dance floor post-Covid.

Known for his ability to generate catchy melodic techno, Luttrell has enjoyed support from the likes of Pete Tong, Gorgon City, Maceo Plex, and other EDM legends. “Twin Souls” represents the epitome of the artist’s transcendent style, and is hopefully indicative of more new music in the near future.

Luttrell speaks on his epic track, “During the beginning of quarantine, I really wanted to write a pretty, feelsy, trance-ey dance song. On ‘Twin Souls’ I started the writing process with a lot of experimentation, using the same arpeggio pattern with different synth patches to create a sound and a tone that was new for my project. Also, when I found the vocal sample, I really liked how its complicated, romantic qualities seemed to blend the perfect mix of love, yearning, and uncertainty to give the song a truly emotional foundation.”

Tune into Luttrell’s ethereal new track, “Twin Souls”.

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!
