ELECTRIC ZOO: SUPERNATURALS DROPS STACKED LINEUP INCLUDING WAKAAN + DEADBEATS TAKEOVERS

After a heartbreaking 2020 cancellation, New York’s premiere electronic music festival is back with a killer phase one lineup for Labor Day weekend 2021. Featuring some of the most sought-after performers like Alesso, Kaskade, Illenium, Test Pilot, and many others, Electric Zoo: Supernaturals will be one for the books.

In addition to a stacked phase one lineup, Electric Zoo has also announced three curated stages. Wakaan, Deadbeats, and Brownies & Lemonade will each host stage takeovers at the festival. Not to mention, Tiësto is set to deliver a special sunset performance along the city skyline.

The festival will take place September 3-5, 2021 for it’s 12th year at Randall’s Island Park. Made Event, the powerhouse producers behind the world famous festival promise over 50 more artists to be announced in phase 2. This coming edition of the festival will adhere to a cosmic theme beyond any attendee’s wildest imaginations, hence Electric Zoo: Supernaturals. Expect unexplainable phenomena such as Bigfoot and Area 51 to be embraced.

While we are beyond excited to share the first phase of Electric Zoo’s 2021 artist lineup, we are even happier to report a nearly 50% year to year increase of artists who exemplify our continued commitment to deliver lineups that embody the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, reflecting the true composition of our global electronic music community,” says Electric Zoo’s SVP and Senior Director of Talent, Kevin Mitchell.

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!
