OUTWILD (PREVIOUSLY INUKSHUK) REVEALS “EVERBRIGHT” DELUXE EP ON OPHELIA

Canadian producer Outwild, previously known as Inukshuk, has just revealed the deluxe version of his “Everbright” EP on Ophelia Records. The new deluxe version features remixes from up-and-coming producers Vaance, N3WPORT, Miles Away, and AWAKEND. Previously released back in June, the original six-track offering features cinematic soundscapes and a harmonious blend of genres. Expanding on the original six tracks, Outwild recruits blossoming talent to add more depth to an already impressive EP.

The title track “Everbright” creates a hauntingly ethereal atmosphere for the listener, showcasing Outwild’s innate production skills. “Broken Constellations” straddles the lines between indie and electronic, with a mix of subtle instrumentals. Finding a seemingly perfect home on Seven Lions‘ imprint, Outwild’s “Everbright” EP has garnered well-deserved support from fans and industry tastemakers alike.

Kicking off the new remixes, Vaance’s interpretation of ‘The Way You Are’ is a shimmering, fresh new take that lends a dreamy quality to the track. Several distorted, glitchy drops ensue, topping off the high-octane remix. N3WPORT shifts the tone, presenting a larger-than-life, heart-fluttering rendition that’s equal parts emotion and energy. Miles Away maintains this exhilarating energy with his remix, featuring several emotive buildups and soaring bass drops. AWAKEND finishes the deluxe EP with his take on ‘The Way You Are’, a hard-hitting melodic dubstep masterpiece that’s rife with palpably raw emotion.

With a slew of remarkable releases already under his belt in 2020, Outwild solidifies a pivotal moment in his career. On top of a name change and overall rebrand, the up-and-coming producer continues to deliver dynamic releases, marking him as an artist to watch in the foreseeable future.
