PRETTY LIGHTS MYSTERIOUSLY WIPES INSTAGRAM, FANS HOPING FOR NEW MUSIC

Beloved artist and DJ Pretty Lights has just wiped his Instagram account, which has led to a multitude of rumors and even speculation of new music. Although he has not released a full length album since 2013, fans have not given up hope.

Since the release of A Color Map of the Sun and The Hidden Shades seven years ago, Pretty Lights has released a few singles such as “Only Yesterday” and “Rainbows & Waterfalls”. Otherwise, we have been patiently awaiting the return of a legend.

It’s hard to tell what exactly his wiped Instagram is indicating. Although many are hoping for new music, it could also relate to a tour or merchandise announcement. With this year’s track record, it could be just about anything. It could even mean nothing at all.

Just four months ago, the artist made his first post to Instagram after a two year hiatus. In it, he vowed to donate $10,000 to organizations aligned with Black Lives Matter. After that, he went quiet again.

Pretty Lights has not spoken out or made any formal announcements regarding the activity on his Instagram account. Will he finally make his long awaited return to strategically save the world from 2020?

For now, all we can too is sit tight and hope for the best!
