ANABEL ENGLUND AND MK DIVE DEEP WITH NEW COLLAB “UNDERWATER” – [LISTEN]

Both Anabel Englund and MK have been on fire lately with a steady stream of impressive new music. The two are a match made in heaven with Englund’s enticing vocals and Kinchen’s unmatchable flair for production. Excitingly, Anabel will be the first artist to release an album on MK’s AREA10 Records via Ultra Music this fall, and as a precursor they’ve put together their talents for a new single out today: “Underwater”. 

“Underwater” begins with an alluring vocal grip from Englund, building mystery and intrigue. Next, a driving bassline begins, adding to the ardor steadily. The mood is set and energy is hot as Englund chants “Underwater” up to the drop. The break brings in a seamlessly driving progressive sound. The single as a whole evokes a mystical sea-world vibe with Englund as the ocean enchantress. 

These two talents have been working together since 2012, and their collaborations are always dynamic. Englund spoke out about their relationship commending her time with the 30-year industry titan:

“I love working with MK because he’s crazy talented & even after his many years of success he is humble & sweet. You know you’re gonna have a good time when you get to spend the day with MK!”
