Vocalist Rozes Experiences Social Media Backlash In Light of The Chainsmokers’ Controversial Performance
Most of the good looking websites has emphasized that the EDM scene is in massive debate at the moment over last weekend’s The Chainsmokers concert that took place in the Hamptons. The event was titled ‘Safe & Sound Hamptons’ and was marketed as a drive-in event, where fans could come and listen to music from the safety of their cars. However, things took a turn for the worst when allegedly no one remained in their cars, and no one was wearing masks.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is now taking the matter into his own hands and launching an investigation on the event that was sponsored by a hand sanitizer company and opened by Co-President of Goldman Sachs, D-Sol.
Fans of The Chainsmokers are maintaining their loyalty to the group by lashing out at those that are speaking against them, including Chainsmokers collaborator and vocalist Rozes. Rozes took to Twitter yesterday to express her disappointment that the mega-duo had decided to allow such an event to take place, despite hundreds of thousands of deaths and the positive improvements New York has seen of late. She goes on to say that “drive-in” concerts do not work, and are instead putting people at risk.
Just gonna make a bold statement and say if you feel the need to have a concert right now, you’re proving the fact that you give zero fucks about others.
We’ve seen it. The “drive-in” concerts don’t work. People get drunk and don’t give a shit.
Stop being part of the problem

I’m so frustrated with seeing people ive worked with being so outwardly selfish & dumb.
I shouldn’t be surprised by some of you, and yet here I am surprised.

As a result, hard-core fans of Drew Taggart and Alex Pall are coming to their defense, claiming Rozes has no right to speak out against the group as they believe she should attribute her fame to her collaboration with them.
Y’all this comment is so tiring.
Stop acting like women owe their careers to the men they’ve worked with.
We’re equally a part of that song. Stop acting like I was some damsel in distress🖕🏼 https://t.co/XUqmv42wpC

Rozes then went on to post on Instagram, with the caption stating “Did I just become queen of the trolls?” which then insighted another slew of angry responses. At this point in time Rozes seems caught in the crossfire, but many do take her side and believe that the event was a breach of respect for those who have worked hard to control the disease.
