DEADMAU5 TAKES A CAR THROUGH SPACE IN HIS NEW “POMEGRANATE” MUSIC VIDEO – [WATCH]

Over a month ago, deadmau5 and The Neptunes unexpectedly dropped “Pomegranate”, an absolute summer hit. It marked deadmau5′ first new song of 2020. Fast forward to today, the renowned artists are excited to share an official music video to accompany the new track.

Alongside Nick DenBoer of Generic Versatility (the creative behind deadmau5′ “Drama Free” and “Monophia” videos), deadmau5 explores a dreamlike universe by way of animation. His character drives along the beach, flies through the sky, and finally blasts off into another world. He makes plenty of friends along his journey. This video one of those things you just need to see for yourself to understand.

If you’re wondering what Joel Zimmerman, Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo envisioned while creating this musical masterpiece, this video has to be it. It first premiered on MTV Live, mutvU, MTV International and Viacom Times Square Billboard in NYC. Online, it was officially premiered on YouTube.

Released on mau5trap, “Pomegranate” will not slow its roll. The beloved collaboration will appear on deadmau5′ next studio album, although there is no word on a date for the album yet.
