GRAVES ACCUSED OF MULTIPLE RAPE ALLEGATIONS [READ]
Popular Hawaiian DJ/producer Graves (aka Christian Mochizuki) was recently accused of raping multiple women in a string of Twitter posts. Currently on Twitter, there are trending threads of people sharing their age when they were sexually assaulted, and some were brave enough to share their stories.
One courageous woman by the handle @tiffanynonaka shared her traumatic experience with Graves that empowered other women to come forward with their own sexual assault allegations.

After the initial allegation was posted, @tiffanynonaka posted additional screenshots of the conversation between her and Graves. He claimed, “I’m so sorry I didn’t realize you didn’t wanna do anything at all, I thought you just meant like no sex.”
Later that day another victim reached out to her to recount her experience with Graves when she was only 15, and it wasn’t long until multiple other victims stepped forth to share as well.
this is the victim #1 that reached out to me.

Graves initially posted this apology on Twitter that has since been removed from his account, but don’t worry as screenshots live forever.
Today RL Grime has shared his disappointment about the recent news and is dedicating a portion of the proceeds from their song collaborations to be donated to RAINN (Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network).
Out of respect for and in support of the victims, I am removing Arcus from all DSPs. Additionally, I will be donating a portion of the profits from the 3 songs he contributed to on Nova to RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network)

As of right now, no formal charges have been filed, but these allegations cannot go unheard. We’d like to thank all of the brave women who came forth to share their stories.
We have zero-tolerance for any kind of sexual assault within the dance music community.
