FELIX JAEHN DROPS REMIX OF HIS OWN TRACK “SICKO” – [LISTEN]

Felix Jaehn returns to the scene with an energetically driving remix of his own track “SICKO“, featuring the rapping talent of Brooklyn native Gashi and the flowing vocals of singer/songwriter FAANGS. Out now on Universal Music, the new jaunty take on this March’s original production takes the track to new levels, elevating it in every way possible without ever detracting too far from its source material.

Adding an extra verse courtesy of FAANGS, the track’s new vibe is solidly alluring throughout, effectively captivating the listener and placing them in a wondrous daze. Gashi’s gritty singing serves as the perfect sonic counterpart to FAANGS, both blending flawlessly with the fresh deep house take on the tune. Discussing the new elements to the track, Jaehn explains, “I’m back in the studio at home every day, kind of like before I started touring the world. So I’ve been feeling 2014 vibes and brought the marimba back on this remix. I combined it with some stems from the original and a new bass driving the energy of the track. Also added another verse by Faangs on the remix that’s crazy! Check it out everybody!”
