Alesso Drops Sick New Single – [Listen]

Although corona-time definitely sucks to say the least (when is this bad game of Sims going to end), there are silver linings. On the bright side, artists are producing more and more music with their ample free time and Alesso is no different. His new single “Midnight (feat. Liam Payne)” is poppy, catchy, and well produced, one of those tracks emblematic of summertime, drop tops, and golden hour, all stuff to look forward to when this pandemic passes. The music video for the track, proclaimed to have been filmed during quarantine, lacks the usual flashiness of music videos, but no matter. The genuineness of the video and its simpleness is refreshing, plus these boys are easy on the eyes. Overall, it’s just a feel good vibe, something Alesso’s always been particularly adept at producing, but perhaps something more noticeable and deserving of appreciation due to the world’s current predicament.
