Still Missing MMW? Dirtybird Has Got You Covered

Slowly but surely, these past couple of weeks have become one of the weirdest experiences of our collective lives. Not only was there no MMW, Ultra, Buku, and so on, but the modern plague continues to prevail along with social distancing (it’s casual, everything’s casual). As much as this whole situation sucks, the electronic music industry has made valiant efforts to raise spirits and bring the parties to you and your homes. Live Streams are a great way to stay connected during these difficult times, perhaps even zoom meetings to livestream with friends, however another great way to not lose your mind during corona would be playlists, compilations, album releases, EPs, etc. We believe, as do many of you, that music is a cure.

Although Dirtybird‘s Friday night Miami Music Week performance was canceled, they released a quirky mix by Gettoblaster featuring Monki, Kevin Knapp, Lubelski, Cour T., Wyatt Marshall and more. It’s their expected and beloved avant-guard sound, a much needed respite and jam sesh.
