SNAKEHIPS LINKS WITH TROYBOI FOR SLEEK SINGLE “WAVEZ” – [LISTEN]

Both hailing from London, legendary producers Snakehips and TroyBoi have teamed up for a captivating new tune. Out now on Sony Music UK and RCA Records, “Wavez” carefully fuses elements of hip-hop and electronic dance music.

In the past, Snakehips have been known to dabble in genres like pop, electronic, and rap, to name a few. Comprised of James and Ollie, this versatile duo has various successful collaborations under their belts. Snakehips have worked with Chance The Rapper, Anderson Paak, MØ and many other industry stars.

It’s no wonder the pair has finally linked up with TroyBoi, who is best classified as a trap god. However, the uniqueness of his style is probably what has made him so successful. TroyBoi’s sound can easily be recognized by its hypnotic take on hip-hop. Not to mention, he’s headlined some of the globe’s most popular festivals including HARD, Coachella, Life Is Beautiful, EDC China, Electric Zoo, and Lollapalooza in the US and Paris, in addition to many others.

“Waves” features catchy lyrics layered with a vibrant, upbeat melody. It’s able to deliver that old-school feel, while still remaining fresh and modern. This song is the perfect introduction to the lively, springtime season that’s on the horizon.
