ANABEL ENGLUND + JAMIE JONES “MESSING WITH MAGIC” VIDEO OUT NOW – [WATCH]

AnaBeloved tune “Messing with Magic” by Anabel Englund and Jamie Jones has come a long way since its fruition. Released in late 2019, this sensational track now boasts an official music video. Out now on AREA10 and Ultra Music, the video captures seamless creativity as it tells the age old tale of love.

Starring the lovely Englund, the video features carefree dancing and eccentric outfits. Jones is captured in a few scenes as well, tucked away in the shadows. Images of light and darkness are juxtaposed to narrate a theme of duality, especially when it comes to love. On one hand, Englund is seen wild and free spirited among the desert sunset. On the other, she’s pictured in a dim room doused in shades of blue.

“Messing with Magic” is a track that engages the emotions of listeners with a soft melody thoughtful lyrics. It describes the feelings associated with falling in love—both the ups and the downs. Shot in downtown Los Angeles, a mirrored room, and a desert, each scene evokes a mysterious, yet familiar feeling. The music video even shows off an iconic Bulova watch as part of the brand’s “History of Firsts” video campaign with Ultra Music.

The three part video campaign took off last May when Betta Lemme paired her video with director Dream Scientist for her single “PLAY”. For the second installment, SOFI TUKKER collaborated with Latin icon Bomba Esthero for “Playa Grande”. Again, Bulova’s hottest watches were highlighted throughout the videos on the wrists of the artists. Each video is launched exclusively to Ultra Music’s YouTube channel, which has over 18 million subscribers.
