OPIUO EMBOLDENS WITH BASS AT BROOKLYN PERFORMANCE

It comes as no surprise that Gramatik would invite Opiuo to accompany him on his RE:COIL PT II Tour, traveling across the U.S. since late October. With not only a highly admirable production skillset but also a profoundly unique voice in bass and funk, OPIUO is among the brightest of the relatively newer crowd of producers who have hopped on the funk train.

The final stop of the tour hit Brooklyn in the sweetest spot, at Avant Gardner, where the vibes, venue and visitors combined in perfect harmony for a night of jams and jives. Opiuo wow’d the crowd with his live set featuring keys, drums and a whole lot of beautiful bass. The fans were infectious as he played some of his biggest singles from his latest masterpiece collection.
