88Rising Announces Full Lineup of Head in The Clouds Music & Arts Festival 2019

88Rising is proud to present the full, diversified lineup for the second annual Head in the Clouds Music & Arts Festival happening on August 17^th at Los Angeles State Historic Park. Making an even larger come back in 2019, the festival is doubling in size and will feature the addition of an all new stage! Billboard describes the one-day event as “The Asian Hip-Hop Festival You Need To Know” that made groundbreaking cultural impact as the first Asian-centric music festival launch in the United States.

Already announced Jackson Wang, iKON, DPR Live and Dumbfoundead will be joining Joji, Higher Brothers, Rich Brian, NIKI and August 08 all on 88Rising’s roster. Rounding out the lineup on the second release wave are performances from K?D, Josh Pan, Manila Killa, Y2K, Deb Never, Park Hye Jin, Qrion, and Don Krez.
