Henry Fong Drops Funky Summer Hit “Irie”

Henry Fong is back in the game with a fresh new banger. Featuring Rawtek and Craigy T, “Irie” has just been released on Thrive Music. This tropical tune feels and sounds like a summer getaway.

“Irie” borrows elements of reggae to turn listeners onto island time. Fong often incorporations his cultural experiences into his music, and this track is no exception. Craigy T’s eccentric vocals carry us right into a fun, bouncy drop. Fong delivers high levels of energy with this feel-good anthem. It wouldn’t surprise us to hear it played out across festival stages this summer.

Fong offers his own personal take on the track, “I had so much fun collaborating with Rawtek and Craigy-T, and we really believe in the potential of the record. We wanted to add our own tropical twist to the UK bassline house sound, and it seems to be a crowd favorite every time it’s played out!”

Known for his fusion of electronic and latin sounds, Fong knows how to get a crowd moving. He’s quickly progressed from a college student to a world-touring DJ sensation. Many of his originals and remixes have secured support from some of the biggest names in electronic music. Meanwhile, Fong has turned up the heat with performances at the world’s leading nightclubs and festivals. The release of “Irie” is pushing this young artist further into the spotlight.
