TWO FRIENDS MAKE DIM MAK RECORDS DEBUT WITH “DOLLAR MENU”

TWO FRIENDS teamed up with singer Dani Poppitt to release “Dollar Menu”, a fun upbeat tune to kick off the summer. This new dance-pop track marks TWO FRIENDS’ Dim Mak Records debut.  “Dollar Menu” is a feel good anthem that matches the positive energy this duo never fails to deliver.

Los Angeles’ TWO FRIENDS have quickly grown from high school bedroom producers into one of the most promising producers/songwriters in dance music. You might recognize TWO FRIENDS from one of their hot originals like “Bandaid,” “Just A Kid,” and “With My Homies”. The duo has also created popular remixes to tracks by artists like Kanye West and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Fans of TWO FRIENDS constantly anticipate their Big Bootie Soundcloud mixes. Big Bootie Volume 15 currently sits at #1 on Soundcloud’s Dance & EDM chart. In the midst of this growing success, “Dollar Menu” offers a fresh new sound to their ensemble. A radiant beat paired with Poppitt’s alluring vocals create a seamless harmony within the track.

“‘Dollar Menu’ is about feeling pressured in new relationships to change parts of who you are. Obviously, none of us are perfect, so anyone you’re with is gonna bring certain things you like and certain things you don’t like,” says TWO FRIENDS. “This song is a kind of “take me as I am” anthem- we’re so stoked it’s finally out! It was awesome writing it with Dani Poppitt and we’re excited to share it with everyone.”

In support of the new track, TWO FRIENDS can be found this spring and summer appearing at various clubs around the country. Review upcoming tour dates here. Upcoming festival performances will include Hangout Festival, Spring Awakening, Paradiso, and Milwaukee Summerfest. In the fall, they will join Big Gigantic’s Rowdytown for their first appearance at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!
