Followed by local support from Hunter Reid, Walker & Royce played a thrilling hour and a half set. The duo played many of their original tracks blended with house music favorites. As always, the heart put into their music resonated well with the crowd. Walker & Royce’s upbeat and groovy sound is completely unmatched.

Justin Martin proceeded to play his hour and a half set immediately after. He presented the crowd with tracks from his new EP as well as old favorites. Feelings of nostalgia echoed through the crowd as he played his version of the 1984 Strafe hit, ‘Set It Off’. Martin’s version of the track is featured on the new EP.justin martin

The night was topped off by a special thirty minute back to back set. Both Walker & Royce and Justin Martin hopped into the booth to energize the club for the remainder of the night. Every artist put on a truly remarkable experience, living up to the Dirtybird legacy.

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!
