Hulaween Countdown Begins

With just under fifty days until funk lovers from near and far return home to The Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park, creatures begin to come out of hiding in preparation for Halloween weekend and the sixth year of Suwannee Hulaween Music Festival in Live Oak, Florida.

As always, there will be three nights of performances from host-band, The String Cheese Incident, alongside other headliners such as Grammy nominated electronic music duo Odesza, one of five 2018 North American performances from Jamiroqui, and a soulful set from singer-songwriter Janelle Monae. The weekend will be filled with unforgettable acts to say the least. In addition to the festival, music-lovers have access to the official Thursday pre party! STS9 and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will be kicking off the weekend with two sets, The Floozies will be making an appearance, and it’s sure to be groovy with a set from Papadosio.

Hulaween is known for attracting the taste of many festivalgoers by immersing them on a journey full of different musical genres, interactive art installments, and a tribe full of never-ending love with the best costumes. Whether you are entering the underworld with artists like Rezz, jamming with a band like Lettuce, lost in the woods making new friends, or trying new things like a yoga class, Hulaween is a community always looking to welcome newcomers home.
