Iconic Rapper Mac Miller Dead at 26

The world lost another talented music artist today. Earlier this afternoon authorities found Mac Miller after an apparent overdose in his home in California.  He was pronounced dead at the scene. Mac Miller had been struggling with addiction, anxiety and his sobriety for years while he was continuing to build his career as an artist. Earlier this year Ariana Grande and Mac Miller went through a break up, proving to be difficult on Mac Miller. In early August he released his fifth studio album, “Swimming”, little did the world know it was going to be his last. He was also set to go on tour in a month. Throughout his career he has debuted multiple times on Billboard 200 including hitting a number one spot in 2011. 

Mac Miller should be remembered as the talented artist and producer that he was.  At such a young age he had released multiple albums and gone on major tours that some artists only dream of accomplishing.
