SLANDER teams up with SAYMYNAME to release massive track
SLANDER has once again created another banger track for the electronic music scene. This time the duo teamed up with SAYMYNAME and Feli Ferraro. The LA producer, SAYMYNAME, won Insomniac Events EDC Discovery Project in 2013. The song was released by Insomniac Records on February 2 and has received major recognition since, already hitting 165,000 plays on SoundCloud. The track starts with building melodic vocals from Feli Ferraro then SLANDER and SAYMYNAME come in with a drop that could please even the heaviest bass heads. As Ferraro’s voice begins to build tension, the bassline slowly builds up until the bass finally drops and leaves everyone speechless. The song tells a tale of a tortured mind through the contradictory elements of emotional piano melodies and roaring basslines. One of the first times SLANDER played this tune was at Middlelands Festival on May 6, 2017 so this track has been awaited by fans for awhile.
SLANDER has been making big moves in the EDM scene since they arrived in 2014 with their “We Like To Party” remix with Nghtmre. In 2017 the duo released hit tracks like “Superhuman” ft. Eric Leva and “ Welcome to The Fire” with Sullivan King. SLANDER also played some of the biggest festivals of 2017 including Ultra Miami, EDC Las Vegas, and Lost Lands. Besides touring and releases banger tracks and collaborations the duo also started the “Gud Vibrations” Radio show with Nghtmre in 2017 and released over 50 episodes. The LA based producers have a lot going on in the upcoming months of festival season hitting festivals like EDM Mexico, Ultra Miami, and In Bloom Music Festival in Texas. The release of “I Can’t Escape” kicked off 2018 on a great note. We can only expect SLANDER to continue their trend and leave their fans satisfied this year.
