Shiba San makes Output NYC feel more than “Okay”

Recently the Parisian producer by the name of Shiba San took over the iconic venue Output in Brooklyn, New York. Something we really love about Output is their photo policy. When you enter the club security immediately puts stickers over your camera so no photos or videos can be taken. This really refocuses the crowd to get back to enjoying the night of music. It creates a special and intimate experience for the fans and for the artists. Shiba San is usually remembered for the banger track he released in 2014, “Okay”, which remained the number one track on Beatport’s house chart for 82 days. He has gained worldwide recognition for his tracks and played all over the world at renowned venues.

Something we love about Shiba San is he releases a lot of sets he’s played at his shows across the globe on his Soundcloud, while most artists release sets from maybe a few of their festival debuts each year. We can hope that he will release his set from Output this past week too. The night was filled with groovy deep house vibes all night and you could tell how much everyone was enjoying it. His style stems from his past experiences with French hip hop while blending elements of Chicago house to create the Shiba San that we all love. He ended 2017 with the release of his “Fearless” EP with Green Velvet. We can only expect great things to continue in 2018 for Shiba San including many tour dates and festival appearances. Check out some of our favorite tracks from him below!
