Ringing in the holiday season with Kaskade

Kaskade never ceases to amaze his fans.  In honor of the holiday season he recently released a thirteen track holiday EP called “Kaskade Christmas”. There are some original tracks and some tracks that were inspired from the classics with a unique electronic twist on them. Many vocalists and other producers collaborated with Kaskade to make this a well rounded EP, including Late Night Alunmi, Jane XO, and Illsey.  The album consists of classic Christmas songs like ‘Santa Baby’, ‘Holy Night’, and ‘Silent Night’.  Kaskade’s work constantly reminds the electronic community what a talented producer he is. He created something so unique to electronic music and did such an incredible job with this project. 

For someone who isn’t a huge fan of Christmas music, I was surprised when I couldn’t stop listening to this entire album.  The songs are blend of cheerful, sultry, and relaxing vibes. Kaskade blends elements of bells and other instruments commonly found on Christmas tracks with peaceful and catchy electronic beats.  The tracks automatically put me into the holiday spirit and keep my energy up all day.  It is the perfect album for all of your holiday parties or family gatherings this season!  Check out my favorite track off the album, ‘Christmas is Here’ below!
